While we are working on our own Dark Mode [1] styling in respect of yours and our own eye health, we recommend (and use) this browser extension:

And if you want a browser theme to match then these work well for us too:

Google Chrome: Material Simple Dark Grey

Firefox: Addons > Themes > Dark

Mac & Safari: Update to OS X Mojave and consider f.lux for removing blue-light at night.

Windows: Version 10 and later – Settings > Personalisation > Colours > Dark Mode
